HEAD OF MARKETING - Remote JOB
MTK DIGITAL (www.mtkdigital.io) is an E-commerce group that creates, develops and scales B2C online brands. We build our own brands from scratch with a dedicated sourcing and development team. We are moving fast, while remaining focused on customer satisfaction. As our team is growing very quickly, we are looking for new talents to join our adventure.
The founders
Thomas, co-founder & CEO has 3 years’ experience in E-commerce, with 10+ million euros spent on social ads.
Michael, co-founder & COO is also an E-commerce specialist, he focuses on operations and logistics (full stack developer & on field expertise – numerous stays in China).

The team consists of 21 people:
- 7 persons dedicated to customer service
- 6 dedicated to marketing
- 5 dedicated to logistics
- 1 developer
We work remotely, the founders are in Dubai and the other team members are all around the world.
As we are strong believers in building a scalable company remotely, we work with trust with our team members who enjoy their autonomy. Each week, the whole team joins a video call, during which we share metrics, news and discuss the team's needs. But as we also believe in fun and well-being, we also play games and can also have yoga or meditation classes!

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Supervise our brands’ customer acquisition on Paid Search and Paid Social
- Develop and execute a marketing acquisition strategy on our Paid Search and Social acquisition channels with a focus on ROI
- Manage our Paid Campaigns on a daily basis for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest ads.
- Analyze our weekly/monthly performances and provide reports and recommendations to your manager
- Identify new opportunities via competitor intelligence and analysis
- Collaborate with our content creation partners
- Collaborate with our Supply, CS and Marketing teams to optimize our performance and conversion.
- Manage 1 team member
- Hire and manage acquisition team A-players based on marketing HR needs
THE ROADMAP:
1-6 months visions:
- Shadow the acquisition team in all the tasks mentioned above
- Recommendations on the existing strategy
- Successfully onboarded and in charge of managing our ads campaigns (Google, Snapchat, Facebook)
- Set up a weekly/monthly reporting tool based on the main KPIs
- Managing 1 team member (current media buyer)
- Collaborate with the content creation team
6-12 months visions:
- Hire and manage 1 to 2 media buyers who will help you on the execution tasks
- Find new acquisition channels and improve our processes to support our fast growth
- Develop and implement online acquisition strategies
- As we grow and expand, you will be a part of MTK global vision and a decision maker regarding the global marketing strategy
ABOUT YOU:
→ Management Skills
- Experience in managing a team of 3 people or more
- Experience in hiring A-players in marketing and acquisition
- Leadership abilities
→ Marketing Skills
- Proven 3+ years experience in running acquisition campaigns on Google and Social ads in E-commerce field
- Track Record of 1M$+/year in ad spent
- Experience in scaling and expanding brands on several markets
- Experience in the implementation of multichannel acquisition strategies and AB Testing strategy.
- Experience in implementation of content strategies
- Solid analytical, reporting and decision-making skills
